Epson donates 1 million USD for Ukraine crisis
Epson and its Group companies are donating 1 million USD through the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the Red Cross to support humanitarian relief for those affected by the Ukraine crisis. In addition, Epson Group companies are arranging to match all funds raised through staff donations to the Red Cross.
As part of its policy of pursuing the trust-based management that underpins its management philosophy, Epson is committed to respecting human rights. The company has suspended exports of its products to Russia and Belarus.
‘Epson and its Group companies are deeply concerned by the conflict in Ukraine and the humanitarian crisis in the region. The Epson Group strongly urges an immediate end to the conflict,’ the company said.
