KBA to debut Rapida 145 in Asia

- Five-color Rapida 145 and 105 units to be shown

 

- KBA RotaJET 76 digital press to be indirectly represented through printed products

 

Koenig & Bauer (KBA) will present its new generation of sheet-fed offset presses at China Print in Beijing on May 14-18.

 

Following its launch at Drupa 2012, the large-format Rapida 145 (pictured, top) will be showcased to an Asian audience and have its official launch in Asia at China Print.

 

A five-color Rapida 145 with coater, DriveTronic SIS sidelay-free in-feed and non-stop facilities will produce high-quality posters and packaging on paper and board.

 

A five-color version of the Rapida 105 will also be on show in Beijing with a coater and in-line quality control.

 

Along with sheet-fed demonstrations and information about current developments in web offset and newspaper printing, the high-volume KBA RotaJET 76 digital press will be indirectly represented at the show by its printed products.

 

Books and other digital print samples, produced on the KBA RotaJET web-to-web, will be finished on the Müller Martini stand.
