Graph-Tech USA will exhibit its eZ-Inkjet 120+ industrial inkjet printer, GTUS Controller and GTUS LabelRunner.

The GTUS eZ-Inkjet 120+
Graph-Tech USA will showcase tequila label printing on its new eZ-Inkjet 120+ industrial inkjet printer at Labelexpo Mexico 2025, taking place April 1-3 at Expo Guadalajara. The machine will be integrated with its GT industrial controller and mounted on Rosas Maschinenbau’s Gazelle II high-speed bidirectional rewinder — branded as the GTUS LabelRunner.
The eZ-Inkjet 120+, introduced at Labelexpo Americas, is a high-speed, 600 DPI monochrome industrial inkjet printer featuring Epson S3200 PrecisionCore DOD printheads. This technology enables millions of prints with the same printhead while offering a low-cost replacement option.
Designed for in-line mounting, the compact and cost-effective eZ-Inkjet 120+ simplifies transport and integration. It is compatible with four ink types: UV, water-based, solvent-based and oil-based. The eZ-Inkjet 120+ supports print widths up to 480 mm (18.9 in) at speeds up to 112 m/min (360 ft/min) at 600 DPU and 224 m/min (720 ft/min) at 300 DPI.
The GTUS Controller, installed on over 5,000 printing systems worldwide, is powered by Editor GT software and the advanced SuperTracker system. It delivers real-time production tracking and information management.
The high-speed GTUS LabelRunner is a bidirectional rewinder designed for label imprinting. This 6-color digital imprinting machine features a 650 mm (25.6 in) unwind diameter, web widths from 40-330 mm (1.57-13 in), print widths up to 200 mm (7.87 in), corona treatment and a flexo primer station.
'The GTUS LabelRunner, powered by our eZ-Inkjet 120+ and GT Controller, is a powerful label printing system offering easy setup, simple operation and an extremely competitive price point,' said Markus Portmann, president and founder of GTUS. 'We look forward to demonstrating its many capabilities live at Labelexpo Mexico.'
