ABG to showcase finishing expertise at Dscoop Edge Long Beach 2025

The company reinforces its commitment to the US market and the expanding digital print and packaging sector.

Print finishing equipment manufacturer A B Graphic International (ABG) has confirmed it will showcase high-speed, advanced finishing technologies, including the patented Fast Track Die at Dscoop Edge Long Beach 2025.

On display will be a selection of high-speed, advanced finishing technologies, including two machines tailored for the growing shrink sleeve segment - an area of increasing interest for label and flexible packaging manufacturers.

ABG’s North American operations manager, Jim Kehring, will deliver multiple expert presentations from the stand, offering insights into the company’s technologies and latest automation advancements.

Among the featured systems will be the Digicon Series 3 with patented Fast Track Die, ABG’s flagship digital finishing technology. The Fast Track Die is claimed to be the world’s fastest semi-rotary die-cutting module, capable of running at speeds of up to 180 m/min, making it suitable for high-volume applications. Paired with digital presses like the HP Indigo V12 Digital Press, it ensures accuracy and productivity.

Also on display will be the SR610 Seaming Rewinder, which is part of ABG’s sleeving technology suite. This equipment transforms flat reels into sleeves and utilizes proprietary Smart Wheel technology for consistent, high-quality welds, delivering performance for demanding applications.

The TSR750 Turreted Seaming Rewinder will complement the lineup. It also features Smart Wheel technology and offers uninterrupted operation thanks to its turret design. Dual solvent tanks and quick-change features maximize productivity and operational efficiency.

‘We are proud to be a longstanding Dscoop partner and look forward to reconnecting with customers and forming new relationships at this year’s Edge conference,’ said Al Spendlow, ABG’s North American managing director. ‘It’s a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate our market-leading solutions and reaffirm our long-term investment in the region.’
