Tecnau opens new manufacturing and R&D facility in Ivrea

The new facility in Italy increases Tecnau’s manufacturing capacity to better meet the growing demand for its finishing products.

Tecnau has opened a new manufacturing facility, located next to its main headquarters in Ivrea, Italy. This modernized space enhances its production and testing capabilities.

The new facility occupies a restored industrial building, once part of the Olivetti complex, a hallmark of Ivrea’s technological history.

With improved workflows and a focus on energy efficiency, the facility increases Tecnau’s manufacturing capacity to better meet the growing demand for its finishing products for high-speed production digital presses. It also includes a dedicated R&D testing area where it will continue to refine products and explore new ideas to address evolving customer needs.

The expanded space allows for closer collaboration with press partners, offering the opportunity to conduct joint tests on substrates, inks, and production processes—all in one location.
