Nordvalls Etikett acquires label operations of Lexit Group

Nordvalls Etikett has acquired Lexit Labels in Norway and Sweden to strengthen its position on the market and becomes Scandinavia's leading supplier of labels with an annual turnover of 100 million EUR and more than 300 employees within the Nordvalls Label Group. 

Nordvalls CEO, Patrik Jenemark, said: ‘We are very happy to welcome Lexit Label's employees and customers to Nordvalls Etikett, we look forward to working with the teams in Mölnlycke, Kløfta and Trondheim. Nordvalls aims to grow with profitability, where Lexit Labels is an ideal complement to our existing printing facilities in Sjöbo, Bjuv, Nässjö, Bradford (Watermill) and Esslingen (Kölle Etiketten).
