Jiecheng invests in Haotian HTS-330-9C 9-color press

Jiecheng, a Chinese convertor located in Nanning, Guangxi province, has added its second digital press with the installation of a newly launched Haotian HTS-330-9C 9-color press.  

Equipped with Kyocera printheads capable of resolutions up to 600 x 2400dpi, the press prints at 50 m/min and is capable of handling material from 0.01-0.8mm. 

‘Launched in 2023, Haotian’s HTS-220/330-9C is capable of printing 9 colors at one time. This is ideal for high-tech label products, potentially improving the production efficiency of label convertors.’ said Zeng Zirong, project general manager of Haotian. 

‘This new machine uses our independently developed RIP system, which is very flexible.  That means not all orders need to use the 9 colors, customers could use 4 to 9 colors for varying production needs, which could save ink and costs,’ Zirong added.
