Rotatek to display Smartflex at Labelexpo India

Provin Technos, Rotatek's exclusive agent in India, will unveil the new Smartflex UV flexo press during Labelexpo India. The biggest labels and packaging show in South Asia will be held at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi from October 29 to November 01.

Rotatek to display Smartflex at Labelexpo India

The Rotatek Smartflex is a shaftless modular UV flexo press with a short web path. This machine was launched last year at Labelexpo Brussels and is now commercially available.

The press operates at speeds up to 150m/min. It has a maximum web width of 350 mm and maximum printing width of 330mm. The printing repeat length is 8–24ins and the die cutting repeat 10-24ins.

The press is suitable for a wide range of flexible packaging and label materials including self- adhesive labels, monofoils, BOPP, PET, PVC, laminates, wraparound and shrinkable sleeves.
