Unicorn Flexo Graphics buys Esko CDI Spark 4835

Mumbai based print business Unicorn Flexo Graphics has acquired Esko SCI Spark 4835 flexo imager to expand product offering.

Esko imager has a maximum plate size of  48x35in (1200x900mm). The imager will allow the printer to enter new markets such as flexible packaging and labels.  
 
Namit Shah, partner at Unicorn Flexo Graphics said that the company was looking to enter new markets and Esko was one of the best options in the market.  
 
Arnab Maiti, general manager, South Asia, Esko, added that the bigger plate size of the Esko flexo imager allows the company to expand in new business areas. He added that many gravure print businesses in India are now converting to flexo.
