Vinsak installs USAR 430 at JK Fine Prints

Vinsak, an India-based manufacturer and distributor of packaging and labeling solutions in India, the Middle East and Africa region, have recently installed a new Vinsak USAR 430 at JK Fine Prints, based in Mumbai, India.

JK is a label printing company led by directors Karan Kapur, Himanshu Kapur, and Rahul Kapur. With a family legacy of over 30 years in the printing industry, it specializes in self-adhesive label printing and is ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSC, GMP and SEDEX certified.

Since its inception, JK Fine Prints has maintained a strong focus on quality, timely delivery, competitive pricing, and customer demands. It has also forayed into high compliance norm labels meeting EN71 and UL standards.

As a label manufacturer, it possesses advanced printing and labeling equipment, including 10 color label printing machines, slitting machines, defect detection camera, numbering machines, and quality control equipment. We have ample capacity for a sudden surge in client demands.

Its new addition, the USAR 430, will only add to JK’s full line of label printing equipments. The Vinsak machine is a label converting machine with a conveyor that is used for special full die cutting jobs. The modular universal slitter and re-winder is a fully, servo-driven system featuring pneumatic unwind. This machine is equipped with a re-register rotary die cutting unit along with conveyor for full die cut and kiss cut jobs on pre-printed rolls. The die cut unit includes magnetic cylinder and employs a flexible die plate for precision die cutting.

The machine can cut and stack special materials from pre-printed rolls.
