AstroNova unveils new QuickLabel and TrojanLabel systems
AstroNova Product Identification’s business units, QuickLabel and TrojanLabel, are demonstrating new products at Labelexpo Americas on booth 6125.

QuickLabel unveils the Kiaro! QL-120, which builds on the Kiaro! color label inkjet printing platform. TrojanLabel premieres the Trojan T4, a compact digital label press and finishing system, for the first time at a US trade show.
Based on the flagship QuickLabel Kiaro! digital inkjet label printer, the second generation Kiaro! QL-120 features enhanced print speeds increased by 50 percent, up to 12 inches per second, seamless network integration into desktop or enterprise platforms and high-quality color labels. With the ability to generate both short and long runs (up to 10,000 labels per hour) the QL-120 is built for flexible in-house label production for brand owners.
The Trojan T4, meanwhile, enables small- to mid-sized commercial printers to move into the digital printing market with all-in-one label production. The T4 offers a stand-alone system for advanced, high-resolution (up to 1,600 DPI) label production, laminating and finishing from start to finish at speeds of up to 164 feet per minute. With a footprint of 7.5 feet, the T4 adapts to frequent set-up changes with minimum downtime. It incorporates integration options, intuitive GUI (graphical user interface) and natura ink.
