AR Metallizing acquires Málaga Produtos Metalizados

AR Metallizing has acquired Brazil’s Málaga Produtos Metalizados as it seeks to increase its presence in one of the world’s fastest-growing markets for labeling and packaging.

Málaga Produtos Metalizados is a manufacturer of labeling products in Brazil, and is said to be the number one player in the Brazilian metallized paper market, and will now be a fully owned subsidiary of AR Metallizing

AR Metallizing specializes in the production of coated metallized paper for flexible packaging and labels (wet glue labels, pressure-sensitive labels, general labels and in-mold labels), and supplies its products to customers worldwide from production sites in Belgium, Italy and US.

With the expansion in Brazil, AR Metallizing and Nissha Group will increase its presence in one of the world’s fastest growing markets for labeling and packaging, as well as ensuring a solid and reliable supply chain for current and future customers in Latin America.
