Meraki Propack has enhanced its production by adopting a Rhyguan Top 520 dual die-cutting machine supplied and installed by Flexo Image Graphics Pvt Ltd (FIG). The deal was announced during Labelexpo India 2024.

Founded by Gunjan Agrawal and Sulochana Agrawal, Meraki Propack has been producing a wide range of premium labels of different types and formats, including self-adhesive labels, in-mold labels and shrink sleeves, among others.

‘We are adding the new Rhyguan Top 520 to our fleet of machines for executing large-format in-mold labels and die-cutting capabilities serving large-size industrial containers up to 20 liters. This machine perfectly complements our large repeat printing capabilities on a Mark Andy press.’

Rhyguan Top 520 has been engineered for die-cutting labels in two steps. It’s fitted with a servo-driven semi-rotary dual die-cutting unit that can also run in a full rotary mode. Its dual die-station has its own independent registration and tension control.

Gourav Roy, director of Flexo Image Graphics, said: ‘We welcome Meraki Propack on board as our new partner. We wish it all the best and overall progression by adding the Rhyguan Top 520, a compact and high-precision semi-rotary die-cutting machine that can also run full-rotary, to their machine portfolio.’
