Rever invests in Screen Truepress Label 350UV SAI-S press
The latest investment marks the fourth Screen machine installed by the Spanish converter.

Spanish label manufacturer Rever has invested in its fourth Screen Truepress Label inkjet press to expand its printing capacity further. The latest Truepress Label 350UV SAI-S press marks the fourth Screen machine at Rever and the fifth within the Docuworld Group.
As part of the Docuworld Group, one of the largest Spanish industrial groups in the packaging and labeling sector, Rever is committed to meeting the evolving demands of its customers, including those in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
Rever has a long-standing reputation for innovation. In 2014, it was the first company in Spain to adopt Screen's digital inkjet printing technology. Adopting digital printing posed initial challenges for Rever’s customers, who were accustomed to traditional flexographic direct color printing compared to the first generation of inkjet machines that only had four colors (CMYK).
However, the transition to Screen’s inkjet technology offered significant benefits, including faster delivery times, the ability to handle short-run jobs, and an overall improvement in label print quality as the color gamut of digital inkjet improved to directly rival analog printing.
Rever’s early adoption of digital printing quickly paid off, with the company acquiring a second Screen press just one year after the first installation. The consistency of color from the first to the last label, combined with the reliability of the equipment, made a compelling case for Rever to continue expanding its digital printing capabilities.
The latest investment in a Truepress Label 350UV SAI-S press brings several performance improvements to Rever, including faster 60 m/min production speeds, automation and workflow integrations in collaboration with leading finishing equipment providers, and compatibility with upcoming Screen inkjet innovations and improvements.
The new press also expands the color gamut with Truepress LV02 Ink, adding orange and blue inks to cover a wider range of hues. In contrast, extra high-density white ink provides a thorough base coverage for clear and plastic label films.
