Prati extends support services
Prati has increased the opening time of its Technical Assistance Department to 11 hours a day.

As of May 1, the Technical Assistance Department is open from 07:30 to 18:30, Monday to Friday.
The Technical Assistance Department provides assistance on all products and offers all-round consultation – from machine setup for new products to suggesting accessories to processing given materials, plus a remote training service for operators.
This increase of an extra three hours each day is intended to meet Prati’s objective to offer services that are in line with the needs of its customers worldwide.
It said this increase also reflects Prati’s widening geographical sales penetration.
