Brotech launches advanced varnish embellishment module featuring Xaar printhead

Brotech has launched its latest varnish embellishment module powered by Xaar’s 2002 printhead. The new equipment is showcased at Labelexpo Americas offering an exclusive look at label embellishments, varnishing and cold foiling.

Brotech has integrated Xaar’s 2002 printhead into its new varnish embellishment module to deliver productivity and versatility enhancements. The module is designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality, intricate label finishes that enhance brand differentiation and product appeal.

Labelexpo Americas attendees can see Brotech’s new varnish embellishment module in action. Powered by five Xaar 2002 printheads, it enables high-build tactile effects at over 100 microns and cold foiling. Xaar’s unique technologies, including high laydown and TF Technology, enable the module to handle a wide range of fluids, delivering consistent, high-quality results across various label substrates.
