Heidelberg sells Anicolor technology into Armenia
Amikus-Print, in Yerevan, has installed Armenia's first Heidelberg Speedmaster SM 52 Anicolor press. Officially launched at an Open House, the four-color press with coating unit showcased the possibilities offered by Anicolor inking unit technology. Working with a Suprasetter 74 CtP system, the new Heidelberg press and its enhanced workflow, allows the company to satisfy the requirements of its customers - primarily pharmaceutical companies and Banks – by offering top quality and shorter delivery times.
The Anicolor technology has also boosted the company's profitability, with 90 percent less waste and 40 percent shorter make ready times. It is especially good on print jobs with light inking, so common in the pharmaceutical sector, where color consistency is ensured over the entire sheet.
‘Purchasing the Speedmaster SM 52 Anicolor is the third phase of a complex program to extend our range of machinery,’ explained Vard Nazeyan, the owner of Amikus-Print. We are looking to boost business and expand our production capacities for new market segments,’ he added.
