Loftware and Toshiba forge alliance
Partnership to boost labeling and print solutions with Toshiba drivers
Loftware, a provider of enterprise labeling and artwork management products, has announced a global technology partnership with Toshiba.
The agreement encompasses the development, support, and approval of Microsoft-certified Toshiba drivers for Loftware's NiceLabel suite of labeling and print solutions. This collaboration will enable users of Loftware NiceLabel to achieve optimal printing performance from any business application via Toshiba printers.
'We're delighted to conclude the alliance agreement with Toshiba,' said Paul Vogt, Loftware's vice president of partner strategies. 'Users of Toshiba Tec printers can now control label printing centrally and standardize their processes and workflows, enabling them to meet customer and industry demands for new label formats, new technologies, and new standards for product track and trace.'
The collaboration offers several significant benefits for Toshiba Auto-ID business partners. They can now provide their customers with the advantages of Loftware's NiceLabel cloud and on-premise labeling software, catering to the complex requirements of major end-users who need cloud-based labeling solutions. Additionally, partners can expand their range of services with features like remote print management, enhancing performance when operating Toshiba label printers. Finally, Toshiba and Loftware will supply advanced software options to channel partners eager to develop their solution-selling capabilities.
Angel de Juan, vice president of European Auto-ID sales at Toshiba, said: 'As part of our digital transformation initiative, the newly extended product line-up will help Toshiba Auto-ID business partners meet the evolving labeling demands of their customers. By partnering with Loftware, we're able to offer our European customers holistic cloud-based labeling solutions that will help them provide a bigger offering to their customers, including additional services opportunities.'
