Smag grows presence in the Americas

The satellite office in Calgary, Canada will offer support to customers in North America. The satellite office in Bogota, Colombia will take care of the Latin American market.

The aim of these offices is to allow faster connections with new prospects and enable existing Smag clients easy access to receive, ‘the fastest possible response for their customer service and technical support needs.’

Operating in the same time zones as customers is noted as a priority for Smag by moving into the Americas. ‘We anticipate for customers to have easier access to the company, faster responses and closer communication,’ Smag noted in a statement.

The two new offices are managed by Sandro Cardoch, who is responsible for the company’s presence in the Americas.
