Prakash Printers orders second Alliance Printech press
Alliance Printech has sold an Alliance A3 press to Baddi-based Prakash Printers.
The press, launched at the show, which will be Prakash Printers’ second Alliance Printech machine, will be installed before the end of the year.
Anubhav Bhasin, operations head at Prakash Industries, said: ‘This will be the second press from Alliance in our plant that we will use to convert pressure-sensitive labels and unsupported films.’
The converter, which caters to the pharmaceutical, FMCG and automobile markets, houses four other flexo presses at its 10,000 sq ft plant.
Jatinder Julka, director at Alliance Printech, said: ‘We are delighted to get a repeat customer and have booked two more machine orders at the show. There are a couple more serious enquiries in the pipeline.’
Of the current edition of Labelexpo India, Julka added: ‘We met new printers from India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh which has helped build our sales funnel.’
