Pulisi launches new inspection rewinder at Labelexpo

AIM-330ST adopts the latest i7 servo processor, which uses an advanced algorithm to ensure the accuracy and stability of inspection. It can achieve 0.00875mm inspection precision, 120m/min inspection speed, 320mm web width, 750mm unwinding diameter and 600mm rewinding diameter. The rewinding and high-speed slitting are integrated to save time and effort. What’s more, the optional dust removal and electrostatic removal device can efficiently remove defective labels.

‘There are two separate servo controllers for the inspection and slitter unit, which makes it can work in two different modes – together or separately,’ said Olive, vice general manager of Pulisi. ‘This machine can be used for daily chemical labels, food labels, pharmaceutical labels, security, barcode, QR code, laser, RFID, PVC, OPP, holographic labels and so on.’
