Inovar acquires Flexo-Graphics

Texas-based Inovar Packaging Group has completed the acquisition of Flexo-Graphics, a label converter based in Wisconsin to expand its footprint in the Midwest region.

Flexo-Graphics is Inovar’s first platform company in the Midwest, adding to its existing manufacturing capabilities in the New England, the Southwest and the Southeast Region. The acquisition is a part of a strategic plan for growth, both organically and through investments in partnership with business owners and management.

The owners of Flexo-Graphics, Tim McDonough and Mike McDonough, will partner with the current Inovar management team and will continue leading the Midwest platform.
