Alliance Printech to show two presses at Labelexpo India 2016

The company will run live demonstrations of Novaflex ELS XS6, a highly configured 8-color all UV servo press. It will be seen with features such as cold foil, lamination, die-cutting unit, web cleaning and corona treatment. Alliance Printech completed first installation of a similar 6-color machine at Dutta Press in Noida early this year.

Jatinder K. Julka, director at Alliance Printech, said: ‘This press can be customized as per the requirement with top-ups such as relam/delam, embossing and lamination, amongst other features. With a top speed of 150m/min, this press has a short web path measuring 1.5 meters a unit.’

Alongside Novaflex XS6, a more economical and semi automatic press, the Novaflex XS4, will be displayed on the show floor. This is also an 8-color press although a 6-color model will be demonstrated at Labelexpo India 2016. The company has five installations of this press, with four in India and one in Sharjah.

Both the presses can print on a variety of substrates including paper, film and foils.

Since the last Labelexpo India in 2014, Julka claims to have installed 12 flexo presses of which four have been installed in the Africa and Gulf regions.

Talking of his expectations from the upcoming show, Julka said: ‘It will be a good exhibition and I expect to sell about 10 presses at the show floor this year.’
