Konica Minolta to launch bizhub Press C71cf in India
Konica Minolta will introduce its first roll-to-roll machine for the label industry, bizhub Press C71cf, to the Indian market at Labelexpo India 2016.
bizhub Press C71cf targets label printers looking to shift volumes from conventional presses to digital in order to deal with shorter print run lengths, faster delivery times, personalization and versioning, and the production of on-demand runs.
Launched at Labelexpo Europe 2015, bizhub Press C71cf uses dry toner electrophotography and provides CMYK color support. The press has an unwinder and rewinder diameter of 500mm. It can handle a variety of the media, from paper to PP and PET. The machine prints at speeds up to 13.5m/min.
Konica Minolta will also demonstrate its black and white machine, bizhub Press 1250, for printing barcode labels.
