Vinsak to ‘take the market forward’ at Labelexpo India 2016

This will include an 8-color Lombardi Synchroline 430mm UV flexo press, an AB Graphic Vectra ECTR 430 turret rewinder and a Vinsak USAR 450mm slitter rewinder, alongside other ancillary equipment and inks. 

Vinsak director Ranesh Bajaj said: ‘We hope to announce a few sales at the show floor and expect that demonstration of new technologies will take the market forward.’

The Lombardi Synchroline 430mm press is capable of printing on an array of substrates including paper, adhesive paper and extensible films. It comes equipped with a fully automatic electronic pre-registration system and electronic tension control. The press prints at a maximum speed of 220m/min.

The AB Graphic Vectra ECTR 430 is used for rewinding standard self-adhesive labels. When ordered with closed loop servo drive, the machine is capable of handling a wide range of substrates including delicate, perforated or punched products. It runs at a maximum speed of 100m/min with 25-38mm diameter mandrels and at 150m/min with 40-75mm diameter mandrels.

Vinsak’s own Usar 450mm slitter rewinder with inkjet and VDP system features electronic web guidance with ultrasonic sensor, automatic stop of a complete roll, web tension control, a scissors slitting unit, inside and outside winding, and removable nip roller with pneumatic pressure control. It runs at a maximum speed of 300m/min. Optional attachments to the Vinsak Usar include twin rewind, die-cutting with servo register, variable data printing, 100 percent inspection camera, bulk waste rewind, flag and splice detection including error replacement, and missing label detection with vision camera, amongst others.

Vinsak will also showcase Petrel security inks, fibers and threads, and Schober punching equipment. The Iwasaki TR2 330mm intermittent rotary UV offset flexo press will be showcased through brochures on the Vinsak stand.
