Webtech to launch The LabelMaster at Labelexpo India

The 370mm-wide, 8-color UV press on the show floor will feature three die-cutting stations, sliding turn bar, cold foil, web video inspection, delam/relam and a combined dryer with facility to interchange between hot air dryer, UV and UV-LED.

Webtech Engineering will print labels live on the show floor. The company has partnered with Flint Group for inks, Creative Graphics for pre-press and UV Graphics for UV lamps. Cold foil is being sponsored by Kurz, flexible dies will be supplied by RotoMetrics and Noida-based company SG Edge will supply doctor blades and tapes.

Other features in the press include online lamination with and without glue, individual HMI control in all printing units and centralized master control. The press will be available in different variants starting from 10-inch to 20-inch working width with full servo or in-feed out-feed servo. All printing units move across the width and the press offers the print repeat range from 8in to 24in.
