EFI promotes Patrick Morrissey to vice president of sales in the Americas

EFI has named Patrick Morrissey as its new vice president responsible for sales in the Americas, and who has the remit to grow regional direct sales and enhance channel partnerships.

Patrick Morrissey is one of EFI's top performers in direct sales, having received EFI's Elite Award every year since 2010 for exceeding his annual revenue goal

Morrissey joined EFI in 2007 and most recently served as senior director of worldwide inkjet sales. He is also one of EFI's top performers in direct sales, having received EFI's Elite Award every year since 2010 for exceeding his annual revenue goal. Prior to joining EFI, Morrissey was vice president of sales in North America at Creo.

In his new position, Morrissey will be responsible for growing regional direct sales and enhancing channel partnerships across the company's Productivity Software, Industrial Inkjet and Fiery digital print production businesses. He will report directly to Frank Mallozzi, senior vice president of worldwide sales and marketing, who said: ‘Patrick is a dynamic sales professional who is well respected by customers and has a strong track record of success in print software and workflow revenue growth with Creo and in inkjet revenue growth with EFI.

‘His outstanding performance in his 30+ year career emphasizes the type of leadership we need to spark cross-selling initiatives that bring even greater value to customers across our portfolio.’

Of his promotion Morrissey said: ‘I am excited about continuing to help customers become more productive and competitive through this new role and for the opportunity to accelerate EFI's sales execution across our highly innovative Productivity Software, Industrial Inkjet and Fiery digital production technology product lines.’
