Cerm debuts AI assistant at Labelexpo Americas

Cerm will debut Lumi, a new AI-powered support assistant, at Labelexpo Americas 2024. Lumi is designed to offer a new level of immediate, 24/7 available, intelligent assistance tailored to Cerm MIS customers’ needs.   

Cerm will unveil Lumi at Labelexpo Americas 2024 booth 437, Hall A. In sessions, led by Peter Heyse, director of product development at Cerm, the company will showcase how Lumi is a dedicated guide specifically designed for Cerm MIS users, whether it’s troubleshooting or navigating complex workflows. 

The sessions will be held on Sept 10, from 4-4:30 pm, and on Sept 12, from 1-1:30 pm.
