Futec partners with Tecscan for UK and Ireland expansion

Headquartered in Takamatsu, Futec agreed the deal with the company at Labelexpo Europe 2015.

Tecscan Electronics, which is located in Gwent, has also agreed to enter into a technical partnership to integrate its web inspection systems within Futec’s portfolio.

Commenting on the partnership, Futec’s sales manager Silvio Neumann said: ‘Our agreement with Tecscan Electronics demonstrates the continued implementation of Futec’s business expansion strategy. Our objective is to provide existing and potential clients in the UK, Ireland and continental Europe with greater access to our high-end 100 percent inspection systems.

‘To further demonstrate our commitment to clients, we have recently opened a European business hub in Germany to provide increased on-site maintenance and enhanced care. Our aim is to ensure our clients benefit from a powerful combination of Japanese technical expertise and outstanding European customer service.’
