Data-Tec adds Lemorau finishing equipment

Sicilian converter Data-Tec has installed Lemorau Base Pack Smart-L, Lemorau’s latest generation of compact finishing machines - as well as a manual core cutter Lemorau CT1500 and a Lemorau ER400/900 roll lifter, as auxiliar equipment. 

With 30 years of experience, Data-Tec specializes in the supply of labeling systems and automatic data identification. 

Daniele Prezzavento, owner of Data-Tec, said: ‘I evaluated Lemorau by suggestion of a converter colleague of ours, who has already purchased three Lemorau machines. The Lemorau Smart-L was redesigned and developed with a small footprint and short web path to reduce waste, intelligent software for a fast set up.  

The Lemorau Smart-L is servo motored, can work in rotary/semi rotary mode and includes, in its standard features, an electronic web guide, 250 job memory, paper and matrix break detection, QRC (quick remote connection software) - for fast and easy remote access to the machine and double rewinder, among others.  

Data-Tec decided to add, as optional feature, a waste presser and bearer wipers.  

This version of Lemorau Smart-L can also be equipped with a range of optional features such as clear on clear sensor, linerless/with liner lamination, pressure gauges and speed pack - semi-rotary die cut up to 80m/min, just to name a few.
