Eshuis opts for Grafotronic finishing line for HP Indigo V12 press

Eshuis, one of the leading label and packaging producers in the Netherlands, has chosen Grafotronic DCL finishing fine for its HP Indigo V12 Digital Press, to increase the level of automation and integration with its existing ERP system.

Since 2023, Eshuis has been on one of the first beta users of the HP Indigo V12 Digital Press. It delivers 120 linear meters a minute of non-stop printing therefore requires a dedicated and fully automated finishing technology to match its speed.

Eshuis decided to invest into Grafotronic DCL2 350 equipped with the workflow automation system Grafotronic IQ+.

The Grafotronic IQ+ automation feature enables the Grafotronic DCL2 to independently perform job changes and handle all job settings automatically, acting as a virtual operator. Grafotronic IQ+ works with AI controlling a set of cameras that monitor the web to automatically adjust all necessary parameters.  

The installation of the Grafotronic DCL2 will take place in autumn 2024.
